Paul received his Masters in Divinity from Washington Theological Union. He was ordained in 1999 and sent to St. John the Evangelist in Center City, Philadelphia. In that same year, Fr. Paul, along with a few young adults, founded JacksYACs, a ministry that is still thriving in its 12th year. Fr. Paul also served as Coordinator for young adult ministry in Philadelphia, and later, was sent to study Franciscan formation in Rome at the Antonianum.
